Input Logic DJ starts with the Record Crate Mixer. Crate offers users totally new options in mixing: simultaneous left and right hand mixing, and an infinite number of turntables that can spring from the faders. The mixer is VST enabled, and can record performances from the mixer and turntables simultaneously.
Each turntable can be minimized to pod size, and users have reported running as many as six or more turntables in performance. Each turntable comes with moving fader automation, pitch change, beat mapping, time stretching, play-list creation, and user preferences...along with the remarkable capacity to use a laptop pad, for example, as a crossfader with the laptop buttons as auto-sync buttons for all turntables, while auto-locking a left-hand mouse to the mixer faders... leaving the right hand to run the program.
